How Pulse works

Pulse is built around activities: real-world sessions like runs, rides, hikes and swims that anyone can post.

1. Browse Explore. Activities are sorted by distance and start time, and filters narrow things down.
2. RSVP Going or Maybe. Some activities ask for a join request first.
3. Chat with the group. Every activity has a group chat for the people attending.
4. Meet up, then post your own activity when you are ready to host.
