What Belongs on Pulse

• Sports activities, training meetups, route coordination, and fitness-focused profile content.
• Respectful messages about scheduling, pace, route, safety, equipment, and participation.
• Accurate information about the activity location, time, expected effort, distance or duration, and special requirements.

What Is Not Allowed

• Harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, intimidation, or unwanted sexual attention.
• Hate speech, demeaning content, or exclusion based on protected characteristics.
• Sexual content, nudity, nonconsensual intimate images, exploitation, or solicitation.
• Spam, scams, impersonation, fake activities, deceptive links, or commercial solicitation unrelated to Pulse.
• Illegal activity, weapons sales, drug sales, dangerous instructions, or unsafe meetup behavior.
• Sharing private information, exact personal locations, or images of others without consent.

Meetup Safety

Be honest about pace, route, distance, conditions, and your role as host. Choose public meeting places when possible, respect boundaries, and leave any activity or chat that feels unsafe. Call local emergency services if there is immediate danger.

Reporting and Blocking

Use in-app report actions where available, block abusive users, or email pulse-support@pulsegroups.app. Include the user, activity, message, link, screenshot, and any immediate safety concerns that help us review the report.

Review Timing

We review safety and abuse reports and take action on violations. Urgent legal or safety requests, including valid requests involving nonconsensual intimate images, are prioritized and handled as quickly as possible. Where the Take It Down Act applies, valid nonconsensual intimate image removal requests are targeted for removal within 48 hours, including known identical copies we can locate.

Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, activity cancellation, warning, feature limits, suspension, account deletion, report to app stores, or report to law enforcement where appropriate. If you believe we made a mistake, contact pulse-support@pulsegroups.app with the relevant account and decision details.
