Sign in with your phone number and set up the basics.

Pulse signs you in with your phone number. There is no separate sign-up.

  1. Enter your phone number and tap Continue.
  2. Type the code we text you and tap Verify.
  3. Follow the setup steps. Name, username, birthday and gender are required. Everything after that is optional.

You must be 18 or older to use Pulse. Your birthday and gender lock after setup, so double-check them before moving on.
