Join requests and capacity

Some public activities ask you to request a spot. You see the general area up front; the exact meetup location unlocks once the host approves you.

• A pending request shows as Requested on the activity, and you can withdraw it and request again later.
• Approval makes you Going and sends you a notification.
• A decline sends no notification. The activity shows Request declined, and that one is closed to you for good.

Hosts can cap the group with a participant limit. A full activity leaves Explore and shows Full on its page. There is no waitlist: when someone leaves, the spot opens and the activity reappears.
